We are now looking for a 

Licensed Helicopter Engineer 

to Taraldrud for our PHAB No Branch.

PHAB No Branch NUF performs maintenance on Norwegian National Police AW169 helicopters on behalf of Leonardo S.p.A. Our main objective is to ensure helicopters are always available for NNP critical operations.

As a Licensed Helicopter Engineer, your main tasks will be:

  • Perform line and base maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and correct defects
  • Update the computer-based maintenance system
  • Order / receive parts, follow-up timely supply

What we are looking for:

You are a professional engineer with good cooperation skills and the ability to work independently. You work in a structured, organized and efficient manner. You have a positive outlook on things, and you enjoy a good working environment to which you contribute with your enthusiastic attitude. You are sociable and service oriented.

For the position the following requirements apply:

  • Experience as licensed engineer B1.3
  • Good knowledge of English, written and oral
  • Driving license for vehicles class B
  • Must be eligible to security clearance SECRET according to NSM's guidelines

Preferred qualifications:

  • B1.3 with AW169, or another twin-engine helicopter
  • Candidates holding a B2 license will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish

Our customers may occasionally operate outside the main base, and our aim is to provide our customers with maintenance services wherever they operate. Occasional travel to other locations may therefore be required. 

The position is permanent full-time work, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. On-call duty may apply.
