We are currently looking 

Program Manager

to join our aviation program team in Jämsä, Halli.

As Program Manager, you will lead our aviation programs. You will be responsible for managing whole program´s strategy and progression. Leading a team and set for the program competitiveness meets and targets and break down the top-level targets and requirements into program level targets and tasks will be your responsibilities.  You will create the program budget, define the schedules and needed resources. Providing information of program´s non-euro sales for the determination of the hedging needs and create sales forecasts for S&OP reviews as well as ensuring that program´s monthly financial monitoring and reporting are proper and correct includes to the role. Also identifying program´s risks and ensure those mitigations are part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will manage the contracts internally and act as a supply chain manager towards to customers.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an analytical professional with ability to master program plans and timelines and you are familiar with implement plans in practice. You have ability to manage resources across program to optimize outcomes. You are cooperative and self-initiated expert and leader, and you also have ability to coordinate the program team operation. You are familiar with creating concise reports and maintain accurate documentation. Also identifying issues and improve a team finding effective solutions belongs to your area of expertise.  

Key competencies and requirements:

  • University or other higher-level degree from technical field
  • Fluent English skills written and verbally
  • At least five years of work experience for example from manufacturing-, aviation or maintenance technologies
  • Previous experience from program agreements, budgeting, and supply chain management
