We're currently seeking a 

Performance and Reward Manager

 to join our HR People and Growth team in Helsinki or Tampere. 

As a Performance and Reward Manager, you will lead our organization's compensation and total rewards strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring that our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry benchmarks and best practices, and ensure that we are on our way to high performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and total rewards strategy.
• Lead participation in annual salary surveys and analyze market trends.
• Develop and maintain pay structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and hiring managers to manage compensation budgets.
• Provide guidance on compensation matters to HR Business Partners and managers.
• Manage and develop the processes related to goal setting and performance management.
• Develop communication materials and training programs on compensation philosophy and practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and emerging trends in compensation management.

Required Competencies:

We are seeking an analytical, people-oriented professional with passion for building a high-performance culture with us. We hope you have a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or some other related field, and have already gathered good knowledge of compensations and rewards and their principles, practices and regulations. You are used to using data-analysis in your daily work and HRIS systems e.g. Succes Factors are familiar to you. You are detail focused, well organized and flexible in fast moving environment. Working with different employee groups preferably in the technology industry is something that you have experienced during your career. Strong and convincing communication skills in English are essential for succeeding in this role. Previous work experience in international environment is considered as an advantage.
