Patria Helicopters AB is looking for an experienced

Warehouse Store Officer to Stockholm-Arlanda office Helikoptervägen 1. 

 Your main duties are:
 • Perform receiving inspection of material, notify relevant contact and manage discrepancies as required
 • Place goods received into store, or arrange transport and dispatch to out-stations
 • Process material requisitions and timely deliver stock items to production
 • Load / unload shipments
 • Prepare shipments, including dangerous goods shipments
 • Plan and book freights, and optimize shipment costs
 • Occasionally support customs related matters
 • Perform physical inventory checks for accuracy
 • Support in managing storage space and its effective utilization
 • Operate specialized equipment including forklift and bridge crane
 • Use resources and materials to maximize opportunities to recycle and reuse to minimize costs, both environmental and financial
 • Comply with procedures and regulations within area of responsibility
 • Support quality issues and Occurrence Reporting investigation
 • Support during audit activities
 • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: 
High school’s degree or similar.
Minimum 3-year work life experience of which a minimum 1-year proven experience from warehouse environment. The position requires a good level of English, both orally as in writing, and fluent in Swedish. Accurate and precise attention to detail is a prerequisite.
 
  Aquirements favourable:
 • Experience in Stores functions
 • Understanding of Part-145 regulations
 • Understanding of Known Consignor regulations
 • Knowledge of import/export declaration
 • Computer Skills
 • Experience in Microsoft Office
 • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
 • A positive attitude, reliable, committed to the team
 • Good communication and interpersonal skills
 • Certified forklift licence
 • Bridge crane training
