THEORY, FLIGHT AND SIMULATOR INSTRUCTORS

As a result of our continued worldwide growth, we are looking for experienced Instructors to join our Flight school team.

 Core duties will involve, but not be limited to: 

• To teach EASA ATPL/MPL training  
• To monitor and report student progress  
• To provide guidance and support to individual student  
• To maintain course records

Essential skills and experience: 

• Excellent pedagogical skills and experience of EASA ATPL/MPL training  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with students 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to work smoothly with various cultures and in English language
• Customer orientated attitude with polite and friendly manners 
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions and similar software

Theoretical training at Tampere-Pirkkala (EFTP) and at Helsinki-Vantaa (EFHK) in Finland

Flight training at Cordoba (LEBA) in Spain

Simulator training at Tampere-Pirkkala (EFTP) and at Helsinki-Vantaa (EFHK) in Finland

Qualification and educational background: 

• For Theory instructor positions:
  • Background in aviation (e.g airline pilot, degree in aeronautical engineering etc.)
  • Strong theoretical knowledge in the theory subjects included in professional pilot training (e.g. ATPL subjects, A320 type theory, Multi-Crew Cooperation etc.)
  • Previous experience in classroom instruction is considered as an advantage
• For FI, IRI and CRI instructor positions:
  • CPL(A) or ATPL(A) with relevant instructor rating (valid or expired) 
  • Ideally more than 200h experience as flight instructor.
• For MCCI, SFI and TRI simulator instructor positions:
  • Airbus A320 type rating (valid or expired)
  • Relevant instructor rating is preferred (valid or expired)
  • We also accept applications without prior instructor experience
