Component Maintenance Manager
About the Role
As the Component Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities in our component workshops to keep things running smoothly.
- Team management: Lead a team of around 10 highly skilled professionals.
- Customer focus: Be the go-to person for sales and business support functions, ensuring we hit our delivery dates and keep our customers satisfied.
- Coach and develop: Help your team adapt, grow their skills, and boost their efficiency.
- Promote safety and compliance: Foster a safe, ethical, and compliant culture within the team.
- Drive improvement: Find ways to improve processes, lead improvement projects, and monitor KPI’s to drive action plans.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar by experience.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in an MRO environment in a similar role.
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Part-145 regulations.
- Leadership with a coaching attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
