to be part of our Partnerships team in Global Division.

Global Division is responsible for sales and marketing Patria products and services outside Finland as well as all related partners to achieve our goals. 

As our Partner Key Account Director, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the execution of Patria’s international growth strategy especially in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) in US markets. Your main focus area is strategic partnership development with aviation OEMs and ensuring value adding winning concept to Patria together with these Partners.

This is a 360 type of role in building and growing the partnerships, but with responsibilities and targets also in B2B sales by taking ownership of the related offering and concepts. In this role you are working closely together with Patria’s Portfolio and Operations  functions and driving new business opportunities. 

What we expect from you?

We are looking for an expert who has international knowledge and experience – especially in the US markets! You have worked previously in similar roles, preferably in the larger scale manufacturing or overhauling industry. You are familiar with contract management and customed to legal aspect within business. Having strong background in the service business and having strong product & service management skills helps you succeed in this role. We also expect you be a constructive team player, who enjoys collaborating with several stakeholders in a matrix organization.

In this role you can be based in any of Patria's other offices globally, but due to the market area in focus, we expect you to be able to travel especially to US on quite a regular basis. Fluent spoken and written English is also a must.
