As our new Global Trade Compliance Manager you will become a part of our small and agile team, which is responsible for the implementation of data protection, risk management and compliance throughout the Patria Group. You will implement the Internal Compliance Program for trade compliance and sanctions, including appropriate communication and training, internal audits, eventual corrective actions implementations and KPI. You get to establish new and develop current export compliance and sanctions policies and processes. In this role you also support the development and implementation of associated tools and will support business on specific cases. You’ll also take the responsibility of coordinating local POCs in the organization to flow down Group-level requirements and ensure monitoring and oversight on local activities, while cooperating on continuous improvement efforts. 

We are looking for an expert who has international knowledge and experience in compliance matters and specifically export compliance and sanctions laws and regulations. You have solid business understanding combined with legal background. You are business minded, fair, cooperative and goal oriented with good teamwork and communications skills. You enjoy the work that involves working together and sometimes with tight schedule pressure. It is self-evident to you to keep things confidential. Our working languages are English and Finnish - additional language skills are a plus. The most optimal place to work in this role is in Finland in the Helsinki metropolitan area or Pirkanmaa, but one of Patria's other offices globally can also be defined as the place of work.
