Customer Service Officer

who is responsible to coordinate the execution of the programs of the sector of activity by effectively directing (functional authority) the various stakeholders in charge, ensuring to analyze, organize, plan and measure the activities in order to ensure the optimal achievement of technical, logistical and financial results, the respect of deadlines and contractual commitments, and thus ensure the satisfaction of the customer.


  • Coordinate the execution of client programs through effective management (functional authority) of the various stakeholders 
  • Analyze, organize, plan and measure activities to ensure optimal achievement of technical, logistical and financial results, compliance with deadlines and contractual commitments
  • Take responsibility for customer expectations and follow up until a satisfactory response is provided
  • Examine customer complaints and monitor their resolution;
  • Anticipate drifts and risks in the operational follow-up of the contract, be a force of proposal in the search for solutions;
  • Be the main point of contact for the customer in terms of support 
  • Ensure the financial follow-up of the contracts via the establishment of the invoices and ensure the follow-up of the payments (elaborate table and verify data)...
  • With all the internal actors involved incoordinating the response to the customer's requirements and specifications   in quality and response planning.
  • With external actors (partners, subcontractors,providers),ensuring that they meet customer expectations.


  • Experience in a marketing & sales environment (for military MRO)
  • A good technical knowledge of the services provided
  • Customer-facing skills dealing with both technical and commercial issues
  • Real experience in Project Management;
  • Capacity analysis; 
  • Ability to manage complex topics and risks;
  • Very high rigor, integrity and seriousness;
  • Great negotiating capacity;
  • Writing and reporting ability;
  • Ethics and confidentiality in external relations, both customers and suppliers
  • French and English, read, written and spokenessential.
